Clients are advised when booking an appointment you are reserving a therapists time exclusively for your treatment, therefore a non refundable deposit is required to secure your treatment.We can take card details over the phone or you can call into our reception inside Holiday Inn Stratford City London E20 1GL.Please note that your booking will be held provisionally until a deposit has been paid.

If you turn up late for your appointment and the therapist cannot perform the treatment in the remaining time, your treatment will be either adjusted but if there is not enough time to complete your treatment, your booking will be rescheduled but you will forfeit your deposit.

Soft tissue therapy courses will be valid for one year from the date of purchase.

We require 24 hours notice to cancel, otherwise a cancellation fee will be charged. This also applies to block bookings, if less than 24 hours notice is given it will be classed as one of your treatments.
You may reschedule your appointment.
We do not refund any balance in your account.
However a gift voucher may be offered at the discretion of the company.
We accept visa or master card payments or you can book online through our website and make the payment through paypal.
Your gift card must be presented at the time of your treatment, it is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and is not refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
All information is securely stored.
Please arrive 10 minutes before your appointment to complete your consultation. Please be aware if you arrive late, your treatment will be shortened in consideration for the next person.
Age Limit
No one under the age of 16 is permitted to receive treatments without the presence and consent of their parent or guardian.
Update T&C's:
We would like to explain to our customers why we have changed our policy and need clients to pay a deposit when they book a treatment. It is because some people don’t show and don’t bother to cancel or reschedule and we have many customers waiting for cancellations. Therefore your booking will only be provisional until a deposit has been paid, we can take card payments over the phone, if you prefer not to give details this way, you are welcome to go online and make your booking.Don’t worry if you would like to take advantage of one of our offers, this discount will be applied on payment of your balance.
